Core Message Processes
The core message system is a strategic communication process that brings together external market research, the facilitation of two workgroup sessions, and ongoing consultation for 60 days to direct the implementation of the organization’s communication and marketing efforts. Deliverables include a core message grid, presentation deck, and talking points tip sheet.
Strategic Communication Plans
The development of a strategic communication plan includes internal and external research, strategic workgroups, identification of key publics, creation of primary messages, development of message distribution systems, implementation timelines, budgets, and contingency plans. Most plans are developed in phases, with section deliverables completed ahead of a comprehensive plan.
